1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeta98 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jeta98 website located at https://jeta98.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the jeta98 platform.

By accessing the jeta98 platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet via the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated or localised version provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta98. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the platform.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of jeta98 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you are required to create a registered player account. Registration on jeta98 is subject to the eligibility criteria and obligations set out in this section.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and maintain a jeta98 account only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a human individual and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or automated system;
• You are not currently self-excluded from jeta98 or under any active ban or suspension from the platform;

• You have not previously had an account terminated by jeta98 for a breach of these Terms.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. jeta98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — to verify the accuracy of any registration information at any time.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeta98. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jeta98 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Any secondary accounts identified will be closed immediately and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta98 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jeta98 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeta98 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, and at any point jeta98 deems appropriate for fraud prevention or compliance purposes, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jeta98 may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeta98 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta98 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on jeta98 is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your jeta98 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• jeta98 does not charge any fee on standard BDT mobile banking deposits. Any transaction fees levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. jeta98 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until identity verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 hours from the point of request approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for large withdrawal amounts.
• jeta98 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering. In such cases, additional documentation may be required.
• Funds deposited on the platform may not be withdrawn without having been used for at least one wagering transaction. This condition exists to prevent the use of jeta98 as a payment intermediary.

3.3 Currency

jeta98 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard in a currency other than BDT may be subject to conversion fees by their card issuer, for which jeta98 bears no responsibility.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

jeta98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on jeta98 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from the player's account along with any associated bonus winnings. Expiry timers are displayed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

jeta98 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedging wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, and collusion with other players to systematically extract bonus value.

4.4 Promotional Eligibility

Certain promotions on jeta98 are available exclusively to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, such as first-time depositors, players from specific regions of Bangladesh, or players who opt in via a stated mechanism. jeta98 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in progress will continue under its original terms.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering on jeta98, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful recreational gambling entertainment — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and the reasonable expectations of a responsible adult user of an online gaming platform.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on jeta98 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the jeta98 platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided;
• Attempting to launder money or use jeta98 as a mechanism for any other financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta98 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Registering or placing bets on behalf of any third party without their explicit written authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access controls implemented by jeta98.

5.2 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on the jeta98 platform — including suspected match-fixing, fraud, or unauthorised access to player accounts — you are encouraged to report this to jeta98 at [email protected] at the earliest opportunity. jeta98 takes all such reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Age Restriction & Responsible Gaming

jeta98 is an adults-only platform. Access to the platform, including registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses, is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of use. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

6.1 Age Verification

jeta98 verifies the age of all registered players through its KYC process. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited in full.

All content on the jeta98 platform — including but not limited to the jeta98 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game artwork, text, software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jeta98 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

7.1 Licence to Use

jeta98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title in any intellectual property and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jeta98 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jeta98 content;
• Use the jeta98 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context that could imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission;

7.2 Game Content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta98 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jeta98 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagered funds as a result of normal gambling outcomes.

8.1 Platform Availability

jeta98 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and factors outside jeta98's direct control — including internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor downtime, and force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. jeta98 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of planned maintenance periods in advance.

8.2 Gambling Losses

jeta98 is not responsible for any gambling losses you sustain while using the platform. By using jeta98, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose any or all funds wagered. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made on your account.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that causes an incorrect game result or an erroneous credit to a player account, jeta98 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore the correct account balance. jeta98 will notify the affected player and take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly and transparently.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jeta98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Detection of a duplicate account under the same or a different identity;
• Any conduct that jeta98 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of jeta98's games or sportsbook.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your jeta98 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, jeta98 will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your registered payment method after completing the required verification checks, and will then permanently close the account. Note that self-exclusion requests result in immediate account suspension and are processed separately from standard account closure requests.

9.2 Balance on Closure

In cases of player-initiated account closure in good standing, jeta98 will return any verified available balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed. In cases of closure due to a Terms breach, jeta98 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may forfeit balances accrued through prohibited conduct.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jeta98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in platform functionality, changes in payment methods, or any other operational or commercial reason. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date prominently displayed at the top.

10.1 Notification of Changes

For material changes to these Terms — changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a jeta98 player — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your jeta98 account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision) may be made without advance notice.

10.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the jeta98 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using jeta98 and may request account closure as described in Section 9 above.
